Food cares with warm weather
Every year, millions of people get
food poisoning caused by warm weather, so, with this heat wave we`re having,
food can spoil more quickly and easily than it does in colder weather. That`s
the reason that are more cases of food poisoning caused in summer and hot
temperature days. So we should take care with what we eat and where we eat, so
that way we won`t get poisoned and have a few days in bed.
Well, the first part of taking care,
is how to handle the food, you should always before handling food, wash your
hands in warm soapy water. That way, there`s less chances of passing any kind
of bacteria to the food you are preparing. And, when you get to cook, always
pay attention on the temperature you`re cooking, because when it`s undercooked,
can still exists some bacteria on the food, and that can get you some kind of
poisoning.
When
the food is already cooked, you have to avoid letting it too much time on
normal temperature, the same thing with leftovers. The ideal time for letting
the food out is 2 hours, but if you feel that is unsafe to eat, just throw it
out, don’t put it back on the freezer, that can contaminate other food.
So,
when it threats to hot temperature and food, you have to take care of what
you doing, because food poisoning can be really dangerous and can even cause
other harmful diseases, so, just take care what you`re eating, where, and how
it was made, so that way you have less chance of catching food poisoning.
